Twincities guesthouse is situated in the hearth of the University of Rome. The Metro line B will take you to Colosseum in only 8-9 minutes and you can walk to the Metro in a wee bit. On the other side you can start visiting Rome by seeing San Paolo Basilica 'Fuori le mura' - walking distance - and then Piramide Caio Cestio, Circo Massimo, Colosseum, stop by stop by using the same Metro (B line). By the way you can reach the Vatican within seven subway stops.
