Reviews & Ratings amnesia79204 from England stayed here on 10th March 2010 Hosts were absolutely awesome, not a prob. Only 2 points to make; our room was on the ground floor and if anyone used the toilet outside the room you heard the door shut and it might sound ridiculous but the tap was noisy when turned on and off. Both could probably be sorted with a bit of lubricant. Otherwise no problems. | Male 25-30 | sjw99 from Wales stayed here on 10th March 2010 Great location, next to stadium and walkable to everything else. Great Breakfast provided as well. | Male 25-30 | Saskia from Germany stayed here on 10th March 2010 a very nice and quiet hostel in the heart of cardiff run by two friendly people. everything very clean. good bathrooms, excellent breakfast. by far, one of the best hostels i've ever been to. | Female 18-24 | olabursik5876 from Czech Republic stayed here on 11th March 2010 Great environment and really helpfull staff! Lovely breakfasts plus the ability to watch Tv (news and weather forecast) and use Wifi makes your stay at The Riverhouse Backpackers an amazing experience! | | camannu6334 from Italy stayed here on 19th March 2010 I love this hostel!!!! | Female 25-30 | kingwoodlee5783 from China stayed here on 23rd March 2010 very friendly, and nice breakfast
quite accessible | Female 18-24 | Topcover from England stayed here on 24th March 2010 Impeccable in all senses. More like staying with friends than at a hostel. Definitiely putting the "host" into hostel, well worth the price. | Male 31-40 | latentheat from Canada stayed here on 24th March 2010 LOVED this hostel!! Only problems I had were that there wasn't a dryer to go along with the washing machine, and that there should be trays in the showers to hold soap and stuff. All in all, very fun and very clean. Definitely staying again! | Male 18-24 | emily_matters7205 from Australia stayed here on 24th March 2010 I was most impressed with this hostel, not only is it minutes walking distance from either Cardiff Central Train Station and the bus station but nicely located. This hostel was extremely clean, friendly, safe and the breakfast....fantastic! it is a cosy, quiet hostel, not recommended for the party type. I felt very welcome and the common areas are very cosy also. Highly recommed to any single or group traveller looking for this type of accommodation. | Female 25-30 | apcoulter3839 from Canada stayed here on 25th March 2010 Absolutely amazing! This was the best hostel I've ever stayed in. I only wish I could have stayed longer. It's so clean, comfortable and friendly! I felt like I was relaxing in my living room at home in the lounge, and I met so many great people. They also had a special pizza, pasta and cookie night when I was there that was so nice. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone! | Female 18-24 |
